Originally from Newcastle upon Tyne, I currently live and work in London. I am from a design background and now work for a high end menswear e-tailer. I am a creative person with a varied background and experience and I work hard to broaden my understanding of any given role. I work well independently as well as part of a team and ensure that I achieve and surpass expectations. I am hoping for the opportunity to start a new and challenging career path.

    RSA competition Brief: Modern AgeThroughout the research phase I took an in depth look at the theme of ‘modern age’. I felt that it was important to spend time working with the target user in order to create a successful and sensitive outcome to the brief.

    3D CAD StudyThis assignment called for an abject and all of it’s components to be accurately reproduced on the 3D computer aided design package solidworks. I decided to reproduce a small metal Thomas the tank engine toy. Final rendering using solidworks and keyshot.

Work history
    Customer Service Advisor
    oki-ni is a contemporary menswear fashion e-tailer. I am part of a small team and my responsibilities include; responding to customer queries, fraud prevention, liaising with brands, processing orders and returns.
    Customer Service & Sales Advisor
    End clothing is a high end menswear retailer with a huge online presence. My duties include responding to customer emails, live chat and phone calls. I work closely with the products we carry and liaise with brands on a regular basis. I take care of my own customer base and work towards daily sales targets.
