I have had a keen interest in communications from a young age; I began work experience at a leading national newspaper at the age of 16 and since then I have worked hard to gain as much experience as possible. I’m a driven and lively individual who has a great imagination, meaning I’m always coming up with new and exciting ideas. My background in journalism, along with my creativity means that I am confident in knowing what makes great news hooks and how to lead the news agenda. I am skilled in both external and internal communications and have an impressive background which ensures excellent writing skills.
I have worked with charities and big name brands across the UK securing coverage, writing content including blogs, newsletters, website copy, internal and external communications and social media to name a few.
I currently freelance under my website Zen and Pen, where I offer PR services, writing, creating, media management content and managing social media accounts for clients.
