Each week, he'd dictate his Table Talk restaurant reviews to me, and I'd transcribe it and read it back to him - Curated the digital output for The Dish, writing original content for the website, compiling, commissioning content for, and sending, the weekly newsletter to Sunday Times subscribers - Coordinated the social media strategy, including a weekly Facebook Live schedule with authors, food journalists and high-profile bloggers
