    Alongside my AM duties, as a SAM my roles progressed to include: - Management and training of new and junior members of the teams - Proposition development and strategy - Creating and strategising presentations to qualified leads - Preparing quartely sales reports from CRM activity - Built and developed a sales pipeline to forecast future leads and opportunities In addition to my job responsibilities, whilst work at The Future Factory I took an active role as part of the internal and external growth of the agency by taking on extra curricular activities, which included: - Working with the co-founder of the agency to launch an external training programme for UK based agencies to learn about how to utilise marketing methods to help grow their new business. I took an active role in teaching these sessions to agency owners and marketing managers alongside my co-founder by using my education and work experience knowledge. - I became the Head of Culture at The Future Factory which meant that it was my responsibility to make sure every team member at the company had the opportunity to take part in social activities as a team. This included making sure every team member had a personalised birthday celebration on their desk. Organising all monthly team socials within a budget and as creative as possible. I also organised the Christmas Party for all staff which included multiple activities, within a budget and a time frame.
