- Non-fiction article based upon the glamourisation of crime.In my English Literature and Language A-level I had to create a non-fiction component which fit around my own chosen theme. I decided to do the topic of crime with my non-fiction article being based upon the glamourisation of crime in the media by society. I found this topic extremely interesting and thoroughly enjoyed researching for my article
- My travels around BerlinDuring my recent trip to Berlin, I tried to taste as much of the local food as possible and (of course) had a few beers along the way. The weekend entailed a trip to the Berlin Wall (or East Side Gallery as its also known) as well as a walk around the city to see the Fernsehturm Berlin, the beautiful Spree river, Brandenburg Gate and so much more that the city had to offer. It was very much a trip to sightsee and to get a taste for the food but along the way I discovered so much of the history

I help out in various ways within the restaurant. My responsibilities and duties include: clearing and cleaning the tables for new customers, polishing cutlery, seating customers down in the restaurant, running drinks from the bar to seated customers and also running food from the kitchen to customers. This position has helped me to become adaptable within any working environment as it is fast-paced and so I have to use my initiative quickly and efficiently to solve any problems that are faced whilst on shift.
