I acted as a PA to a film producer, specifically for VFX at a hectic time leading up to the companied trip to Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, where the company had a hand full of films screening. I helped with the preplanning of this trip, and then accompanied them and gave assitance during the festival. My job consisted of organising lunches/ brunches and meetings and anything else that needed doing. I also spoke to many clients and collabourators of the company over the week.
