•Manage the marketing strategy for both The Pure Package and her sister company Balance Box. •Drive all aspects of the projects that make up the marketing plan. From liaising with suppliers, graphic designers, printers and chefs-and tracking the performance of all these elements. •Design all email campaigns and blogs. •Manage the design of Balance Box mobile app. •Cover both online and offline marketing. Create and manage the suppliers of the brands newsletters, mail shots, website, blogs and social media. •Management of SEO, paid media activity & Google Analytics. •Develop and implement strategies, budgets and work plans to satisfy KPIs. •Manage and monitor the performance of all marketing activity, tracking the codes and offers used. •Day-to day managing of the marketing budget-liaising with Marketing Director. •Organise all marketing events and promotions. •Manage B2B relationships. •Manage a team of three marketing interns, setting them research and design projects
•Management of Agency social media channels-writing news stories for the website and writing helpful articles on the Agency blog. •Reading and giving editorial feedback on work by established and debut authors, reading unsolicited manuscripts, requesting full works and passing forward when appropriate. •Attending writer’s groups and universities to boost the Agency profile. •Using newspapers and social media channels to look for and commission potential work. •Proofreading new manuscripts before going to the publisher. •Assisting Darley Anderson (Literary Agent) and Foreign Rights team with all items concerning the authors and their book deals around the world. •Creating book lists for the Agents at book fairs and crafting and sending press releases. •Liaising with the top author's publicists for personal appearances and book tours.
