I started working at Mind BLMK as an Administrator in 2018 before being successful in interviews for the IT & Data Officer role February 2021. My role currently includes: implementing a new database, designing and implementing a new Intranet system, day-to-day troubleshooting , communicating with senior staff members regarding IT & data reporting needs, analysing and compiling data reports every quarter to present to commissioners of our services.
