About me
I am a graduate with a 2:1 in International Fashion Management from the London College of Fashion at the University of the Arts London. My course choice at University combined a strong business perspective with the ability to show creative flair, ingenuity and commercial acumen. During my three years at the London College of Fashion I specialised in marketing, promotion, buying and merchandising. I worked on projects with House of Fraser, Hobbs, Ted Baker and Harrods, which widened my knowledge across all sectors in a ‘live’ environment. I have also worked in fashion retail since the age of 17 within the H&M Group and throughout my studies. Assessing customer demand and researching market trends to developing budgets and complying with store policies are all skills I am now developing in my current, managerial role at Cheap Monday. I am already adept at managing inventories, delivering special projects and general administrative tasks. I love fast-paced environments and enjoy meeting new characters from all walks of life. I am sociable and enjoy communicating in new settings. I would market myself as energetic, driven and focused. I have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. I also love to document everything that inspires, excites and interests me. I love the energy and fact the fashion industry is constantly evolving as new players in emerging economies and sectors come forward. Change is exciting and my motivation is to contribute to this amazing challenge
