- GAZEGAZE: Freelance and Female was a panel discussion and networking event for female and nonbinary freelance creatives. The event’s aim is to connect creatives, provide a platform for discussion and a space to nourish future collaborations between womxn artists. The panel featured gal-dem's Mariel Richards, V&A Artist in Residence Rachel Ara, Editor of The Colour of Madness Samara Linton and Goldsmiths Professor Dr. Nicola King. - Food for Thought FundraiserI co-produced and directed a short documentary that explored Food Banks in the UK. With my co-producer, we worked with Brixton and Peckham food banks, filming at their sessions and interviewing the food clients. The sensitive subject matter and vulnerability of the interviewees required warm, patient and honest interpersonal skills.
