Art Buyer
Working in house with the Client (M&S), project managing multiple fast pace briefs from conception through to
delivery from low cost packaging shoots and ecom to big budget advertising campaigns. Visual research,
conceptual development and presentation for the new M&S advertising look for food and fashion press
advertising. Working closely with the Head of Photography and Head of Design & Marketing to create
photographic briefs, progressing each sub-brands identity, both as a redesign and following on season to
season. Communicating with a large cross section of the business to understand requirements, details and
timings and delivering it to brief. Suggesting and commissioning appropriate photographic teams and casting
models, negotiating fees and usages to fit within budget. Briefing teams on the creative and travelling on shoot to
ensure it is delivered at its best. Marking up retouching proofs, processing invoices and detailed financial
tracking. Managing interns and work experience people when they join the team.
Producer

Detailed estimating and budgeting each job as it comes in from first email to final payment. Building relationships
with clients, teams and assistants alike to ensure Foster both won his pitches and completed them as briefed.
Booking all elements of the shoot, from props and backgrounds to finding the right people to deliver a bespoke
commission. Managing the studio and office to make sure that everything runs smoothly. Projects spanned from
TV Ads to magazine editorials. Working in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sage accounting software.
