I am a freelance graphic designer who is self-motivated and has experience of working within a creative team. I love all things design and I am driven to ensure that work is delivered according to the brief and within the deadline. I am adaptable and flexible and able to work as part of a team or alone. I enjoy the challenge of progressing within any role presented to me, of which I am determined to succeed. I like to have a hands-on approach to most of my creative processes which I believe gives my work its own unique take on design.
My role had been focusing on the digital and design aspect of working within a housing association. Within this role, I have been challenged to design, maintain and supply digital content using several different content management systems such as our internal intranet, external-facing such as our four websites along with our customer communications. Within my time there I have worked consistently to specific brand guidelines to keep our consistency of the Flagship brand. Along with my digital role, I have also been working with aspects of social media, with this I have learned social media strategy along with producing the right engaging content. Through my time at Flagship I have produced, posters, leaflets, invitations, brochures, editorial spreads, videos, signage, website page creation, podcast recordings all keeping within the flagship guidelines. I am also managing a lot of design projects seeing things from the first meeting scooping out the idea to the end where they are in the customers' hands. This role has also taught me a lot about print management along with working towards key deadlines.
