About me

I help clients create stories to captivate their ideal audiences. I am a confident, well-polished marketing professional with over six years in creating stories for brands to captivate diverse audiences both on and offline. I am currently Digital Marketing Manager for Europe, at the British Council where for the past year and a half, I have been responsible for connecting clients to new advocates and audiences, developing the marketing strategy and enhancing the current digital offer for 28 countries within Europe. The key markets I look after are France, Italy, Spain, Germany and the UK. Further to this, I have significant experience in marketing and communications across the industries of art, fashion, luxury and design. I have consulted for luxury real estate brand Northacre and NStudio, worked at e-commerce start up Wish Want Wear and also worked at PR agency BPCM during London Fashion Week. I was involved in projects for established brands such as Longchamp and emerging designers such as Preen and Osman. My key responsibilities in these roles were audience development, particularly for the UHNWI audience and event management. I have experience in the hospitality industry, where I was a hostess and concierge for a number of 5* hotels in London. I constantly immerse myself in the arts and culture. I am a classically trained musician, an actor and enjoy the finer things in life - whether that is visiting the latest exhibitions, the most popular restaurant openings or luxury hotels around the world. Last year I took 68 flights, and visited 4 continents. I have a MSc in Business (Marketing) with Distinction from Warwick Business School. I specialise in Generation Y and the Luxury industry and have established myself as an academic who advises marketers on how to attract these audiences. This is particularly important as General Y are expected to be the largest consumers of luxury over the next few years, and their needs and demands are very different to previous and older luxury consumers. Consequently, I have been invited to conferences in London, Toronto and Berlin to speak (May 2017). I am a digital expert in all aspects of the online experience ranging from social media campaigns, website design to website analytics. I hold a number of marketing and digital marketing qualifications, which was further nurtured during a menteeship at Google in London, Paris and Dublin.
