In this role I completed customer service roles requiring zero supervision and prioritised my own tasks on a weekly basis. • Organised an event at my site that was linked to the Olympics. Did research to create the same atmosphere seen at the Olympics and created rules for the mock Olympics event. This proved to be successful as there was a real competitive community spirit at each game. • Supervising student ambassador activities at my site to make sure it ran smoothly. • Basic design of promotional materials, including use of design software. Used iMovie and Canvas to create promotional content for social media. • Market research and conducting web and social media content updates.
