• Primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients / relationship management • Ensure smooth operation and swift response to clients' enquiries and change requests • Daily follow up with on site factory for production of clients' communication material • Liaison with all stakeholders involved for implementation of client operations (data management, design, production, development, mailing, stock management) • Dealing promptly with issues concerning production failures, application/data complications etc. • Monthly service review reports, supervision of stock levels, invoicing
• Support the development of the Imperial Tobacco ways of working with Key Accounts at global, division and market level; responsible for the creation of the global Joint Business Planning Manual of the company • Knowledge manager for gathering useful content, insights, channel strategies, future trends and market developments to share with colleagues / market research • Marketing executive for Rizla Brand: communication with agencies for the development and creation of design and artwork for new SKUs, POSM and promotional content for trade marketing / engagement with various stakeholder across Imperial's global network to ensure Rizla projects are up and running / localisation of marketing material for the UK salesforce • Responsible for coordinating communication with Account Managers through Imperial's global network, as well as organizing our international conferences. • Social media champion for sharing best practice and insights within the Imperial Account Managers Community (e.g. conducting interviews with Key Account Professionals)
