My role of a Content Producer & Social Media Specialist at Mindvalley revolved around building, executing and analysing humanitarian and thought leadership-oriented brand campaigns as well as growing the social media audience of Mindvalley at large and the personal brand of the CEO Vishen Lakhiani. During my role as an Event Liaison, I took part in organising one event in Greece and one event in Mexico. My efforts were specifically recognised with regard to community curation as per results of a feedback survey by attendees of whom the majority agreed on an especially cohesive and well-curated group for those two events. My responsibilities as an Event Liaison at Mindvalley included: - Acted as event liaison & community manager for Mindvalley's curated invite-only transformational events that gather an extraordinary community of change-makers and visionaries who are driven by epic ideas to impact the world - Responsibilities include managing processes for applications and ticket sales, community management, content & social media and event app management - Working closely with customer support in regards to customer requests and issues; working closely with Content Team in regards to stage talks/video release and distribution strategy, cadence and calendar - Overseeing Facebook and working with a social media specialist on strategy, content ideas, important event updates to be communicated on social networks.
Piktochart is a DIY infographic design software that allows users to turn data into powerful picture stories, presentations, reports, banners. During my 1 year at Piktochart, I launched several successful content campaigns that were targeted at various aspects of the user base. The campaigns lead to increased social and product engagement and ultimately to a significantly improved ROI during and after the course they were run.
