Visual Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY:
As a member of the Banana Republic field leadership team, the Visual Manager (VM) is responsible for supporting the SM in executing the visual merchandising presentation strategy, achieving key business goals and creating a compelling customer store experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drives Business Results
· Leads implementation of product placement, marketing and promotional strategies.
· Drives brand loyalty through effective product placement and marketing.
· Drives productivity of team to achieve store financial, revenue and expense targets.
· Works with GM to measure the success of brand initiatives, in-store trends and market insights to drive growth.
