I have a background in graphic design, advertising, retail and customer service. Self-motivated and always eager to develop new skills, I have recently been investing my time in learning to code and gaining a HubSpot inbound marketing certification. I worked as an adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman Service for the past three years, where I honed my customer service and report writing skills.
