About me

I’m a set & stage designer, currently based in Berlin. I studied interior architecture/furniture design and stage design, and started my career working for theaters in Zurich, Vienna, Berlin, and Munich. I've always been interested in fashion and advertisement sets and how they may intersect with stage design and theater. That has led me to work with the production agency NOWADAYS GMBH Berlin to develop and design sets and installations for fashion week Berlin and other events. Next to this cooperation, I partnered with other agencies to bring up sets and installations for GERMAN SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA BERLIN, DEUTSCHE BANK, MATTEL, VW, Dr. HAUSCHKA, BOSCH, and with photographers for editorials (including TUSH MAGAZINE, MOJEH MAGAZINE, SORBET MAGAZINE, DUEL MAGAZINE), lookbooks, and some advertising campaigns. My furniture collection greycollective#1 has made it to Salone del Mobile/ SATELITE Milan and was featured in AD 2018. www.stefaniegrau.net
