Working for a start-up such as We Exhibit has given me the opportunity to take on a diversity of roles and responsibilities: on a daily basis, I take care of the financial aspect of the company and I develop detailed plans for different projects, including time schedule, total budget, and the management of diverse staff, such as art handlers and curators. Due to my comprehensive role within the company, I have learned to adapt myself to constantly changing circumstances. My tasks furthermore include maintaining relationships with national and international clients, which requires good communication skills.
