I prepared in coordination with Selfridges’ beauty buyer the launch of the Advent Calendar, we negotiated the quantities needed, I selected the shades that would fit to the Christmas theme and planned the logistics with the US team. I participated to the negotiations to enlarge the assortment in Liberty; we added 15 more shades to offer a wider choice to customers. I implemented an exclusive GWP in Harrods that enabled to increase the sales by 15% • Account management of UK premium retailers and e-commerce: coordinating the launch of the brand in stores & online (Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Liberty, Net-A-Porter, etc.) • Supporting the launch of new collections/products: create and update all the marketing tools (artwork assets, ?training books, merchandising plans, web assets...) • Working closely with internal & external stakeholders to coordinate, manage and update the marketing calendars to drive sales (GWP, incentive, social media competitions, ?sampling offers...) for each retailer • Supporting retailers providing all marketing information (sales animations, trainings, visual assets, PR, product descriptions etc.) • Suggesting planograms to optimise sales • Liaise with the US warehouse to arrange orders and shipping for new launches • Tracking retailers and distributors’ activity and analysing sales & performances • Keeping abreast of competitor activity: store visits & online tracking • Participated to the organisation of in store events to promote new products: “Vogue Night Out” at Liberty
