I currently work as a creative/copywriter alongside an art director. To date, I have worked on campaigns for the Little Princess Trust, Close Brothers, Capital Group and Chiltern Railways. I’ve also been involved in pitches for National Accident Helpline, C2C and Ecclesiastical Insurance. Plus, various other briefs for Stonewall, Man Group, Honey Monster, Lowcostholidays and Douglas & Gordon. Since I’ve been at The Gate, I’ve won two awards: Major Social Media Campaign for our work with the Little Princess Trust, and the DMA Breakthrough Award (bronze).
In my spare time, I work as a freelance copywriter on behalf of agencies and SMEs. To date, I have written copy for the following brands: MoKee, Zebra Technologies, Fujitsu, Gemalto, and Earthport. Plus, I have developed concepts for Flowserve and Unilever, and helped to reposition marketing agency, MGA.
In 2014, I joined OgilvyOne Business as a junior copywriter. However, at the end of the year I was made redundant. I wrote copy for websites, brochures, DMs, emails, adverts, banners, scripts and social media. I also helped with tone of voice development and proofreading. The brands I worked with include: SAP, DKNY, Miele, Autodesk, MasterCard, Skrill, Regus, Vodafone and 1E.
