Achieving a follower growth of 30k in the first 12 months of implementation. - Devising and implementing the paid social advertising strategy, achieving a ROAS of 8:1 for B2C and 60:1 for B2B in peak trading periods. - Managing all social influencer relationships and campaigns which resulted in a large brand awareness increase in the homeware market. - Leading the B2C editorial campaign plan, which is then implemented across all digital channels. - Planning all brand partnership activity on social platforms to leverage brand awareness and following. - Monthly reporting on success KPIs for both organic and paid social. - Social media community management. - Providing all written content for the B2B and B2C websites. - Copywriting for all offline and online marketing activities. - Implementing the appropriate tone of voice for both B2B and B2C activity.
