As a Creative Director, I believe in telling stories – engaging, entertaining and highly relevant stories. Stories that build brands, increase sales, build loyalty or simply engage an audience. By the way, the graphic timeline on my resumé tells a story too. It roughly outlines what happened in the last 20 years, since I arrived in Minneapolis from Germany. Telling a better, more relevant story is what leads to creative that connects. I’ve crafted concepts and designs for consumers (B2C), employees (employee engagement, sales incentives, channel incentives) and attendees (conferences and travel incentives). As a great team player I can contribute to the big idea and then see it through to execution no matter the medium. As a working Creative Director, I provide insight and direction to creative teams as well as contributing conceptual work and design. That’s just a fancy way to say I do whatever needs to be done.
