Customer Relations – Supporting customers from complaints, managing accounts and closing for example where the account holder has passed away. Also, supporting internal member of staff and new recruits with queries.
Analysis of data - Identifying needs and potential needs in order to offer additional benefits and services.
Knowledge – understanding of company products and services in conjunction with processes, policies and external factors.
Learning - New computer software and adapting to new procedures, policies and company compliance.
Identifying customer’s financial situation, forecasting any debt that the customer could potentially fall into. Being able to develop a financial budgeting plan for the customer.
Development – supporting the development of the team and myself providing overall feedback to provide a higher level of delivery.
Communication – understanding the person I am in conversation with and able to change my grammar and cultural style to help build and establish a working relationship with that person.
