• production tracking, including participation in weekly meetings & updating the Production board
• booking crews, equipment, studios or any other requirements
• digital archiving of final films & maintaining digital library of reference clips for pitches
• administrative tasks i.e. preparing call sheets; making accommodation/travel arrangements; handling petty cash; logging shoot expenses; adhoc general support
• managing licensing (music/stock footage), release forms & copyright for productions, as well as transcripts & different language versioning

• the styling and photographing of all imagery, both still life and models for the website
• ensuring that all imagery met the marketing briefs
• facilitating and designing imaginative props, sourcing models and external locations and undertaking research projects
• designing, styling and photographing all window displays throughout the UK
• the design, implementation and maintenance of the image library (sole responsibility)
• blog and emails and editing to a high standard for each of these mediums
• administrative tasks i.e. arranging meetings; general diary management; travel arrangements; organising external events; adhoc support of other team members
