Gaining my position of manager within one month in a busy claims management company, my role is primarily to record and maintain a high volume of client data using CRM software, invoice 100 + clients each week and also to maintain great rapport with our panel of solicitors across the UK. I also source new firms to join our expanding panel, alongside managing a small dialler team. I liaise with both solicitors and clients, ensuring a smooth claims process. I have created great relationships both internally and externally, whilst learning a great deal about the industry. Our claims management company has flourished during my time there, expanding substantially.
Since starting I have worked all around the restaurant; this includes waitressing, food service and bar work. The job primarily involves greeting customers, taking food and drinks orders, having a good knowledge of the wine lists and real ales, dealing with any queries customers may have and also the general maintenance of the pub, including cleaning and restocking of the bar. I often take client bookings and deal with suppliers via telephone, as well as regularly painting the signs throughout the pub.
I co-manage a successful eBay store, selling women's clothing. I source and maintain a high volume of stock, photograph the goods for online listings and reply to any queries or requests customers may have. We have gained a score of nearly 25,000.
Working at various sites around Central London, this role required me to arrive on site at around 7, set up and dismantle the stall, prepare the goods for sale, handle large amounts of money and have great rapport with new and returning customers.
