I led the creative development of video and interactive content across projects; I primarily worked with Sport England, BP, the Premier League, Land Rover BAR, the Wellcome Trust, TeamGB and the British Olympic & Paralympic Associations. Working closely with internal teams and a wide range of freelancers and other agencies to develop concepts from the initial meeting with the client, through production, to delivering the final product, I enjoyed being involved throughout the whole production process. My primary responsibilities were: • Scoping projects; strategy planning • Writing and managing schedules and budgets • Developing briefs; creatively producing content • Sourcing and working with freelance crew • Casting talent, writing scripts, setting up and coordinating shoots • Producing and directing on location (including working with children - animals!) • Editing video using Adobe Premiere Pro and FCPX • Edit-producing and managing post-production • Management of invoices and payments • Management of all documentation (call sheets, risk assessments, licences, release forms etc)
