  • Project Coordinator May 2014 – August 2016 COMPUTACENTER • Working with Developers, Testers, Technical Architects, Technical Consultants and support team to deliver projects on time • Developing and maintaining a close working relationship with all Programme/Project Managers to facilitate both financial tracking and resource support requirements • Engaging stakeholders at all levels, across different business areas including Director level Client Projects: Project Support February 2016 – Present LINKLATERS • Supporting the Senior Project Manager and Technical Team on the global deployment of Windows 10, working as part of a Project Management Office • Identifying erroneous transactions and cost discrepancies, and managing cost disputes through to resolution • Managing RAID log, tracking and updating project plans • Presenting to the Lead PM on a monthly basis the financial position of the project, tracking of billings raised, Working at Risk position and costs forecasted • Taking ownership of risks, recording, planning and mitigating owned risks, driving through completion of mitigation and updating as necessary • Presenting Requests for Change to the customer, gaining agreement and assigning completion • Incorporating all agreed Requests for Change into cost management tracking • Attending weekly checkpoint meetings with works team leads to discuss project status Deployment Manager May 2015 – February 2016 UBS • Managing a series of pre-deployment tasks to ensure the deployment evenings run successfully on their scheduled date • Managing queries and any issues arising during deployment evenings • Liaising and communicating with all stakeholders pre/post deployment • Facilitating stakeholder engagement, and liaising with Global Project Manager, providing updates on deployments and flagging any potential issues which may impact successful deployment • Ensuring work undertaken on site remains in scope, and reporting any requests for “out of scope” activities to the Lead Project Manager • Managing all audits from Team Lead Engineers at the end of a deployment evening and investigating and escalating any discrepancies or missing hardware • Reviewing the Installation and Removal reports post deployment from the Team Lead Engineer, maintaining an accurate record of all new hardware and all legacy kit held in the secure stores at each customer site • Investigating differences and queries with the sites engineers leads and deployment leads and checking that data matches with Inventox (deployment planning database) • Producing and capturing Lessons Learned Log based on any observations/comments/feedback regarding engineers or general deployment activities Project Manager May 2015 – July 2015 RBS/ULSTER BANK • Managing project activities between third party and client in the scheduling and tracking of deployment of scanners, to ensure the smooth running of all projects • Tracking deployment costs and raising Purchase Orders and invoicing where required • Ensuring the schedule was up to date and that any missed deliveries were re-planned by third party supplier • Monitoring daily calls to confirm how many scanners were deployed the previous day and flagging any deployment issues that caused problems • Tracking scanners that were deployed and old scanners that were removed, and uploading Proof of Delivery emails from Centrex • Creating and completing the closure report • Ensuring that project status and issues were reported to client on a regular basis EMPLOYMENT HISTORY CONTINUED Project Coordinator December 2014 – May 2015 POST OFFICE • Financial Reporting – Weekly tracking on the approved project tracking tool to forecast and record actuals against planned spend • Managing and tracking costs, utilising SAP for financial tracking and raising any disputes • Working with a wide audience of internal service providers on a day to day basis to manage actions • Acting as a central point of contact for vetting and configuration management • Actively participating in each stage of the project lifecycle • Working collaboratively with delivery partner ATOS (third part consultant) • Managing SharePoint/Collaboration team site for the project Logistics Coordinator October 2014 – December 2014 SERCO • Overall responsibility for the management all kit on-site both new and legacy hardware • Ensuring that all kit was correctly built and assigned to users (correct application deployment to each device) • Running laptop deployment clinics to either accept legacy laptops or hand out new devices to users • Managing change, ad-hoc requests and cancellations related to the above • Managing a remote site single handed at short notice, leading IT Engineers System Tester June 2014 – September 2014 NGSD -
