Manage every aspect of the e-commerce platform at Paulie: - Implement SEO content for every product upload and give the clothing context by describing where pieces could be worn and provide customers with ‘how to wear advice’ segments resulting in a more user-friendly website that recognises popular search terms and leads customers to relevant products. - Engage and manage a PPC campaign. - Manage multi-channel marketing including designing weekly newsletters, social media advertising on Facebook and Twitter and perfecting brand identity through other channels including, Instagram, Pinterest and the Paulie blog creating relevant shareable content, moderated user interactions and encourages engagement and discussion. - Report to the director on web analytics and sales performance. - Liaise with designers, warehouses and delivery companies to organise sample loans for photo shoots and manage logistics in order to manage the photography and content uploads onto the site. - Organise and schedule regular product and model photo shoots as well as style and refine all creative and online imagery. - Manage customer database and study interactions for targeted CRM. - Care for the customer service enquiries from social media outlets and website. - Manage the postal delivery service and customer returns department.
