Key responsibilities included managing all content for The O2’s social channels, liaising with artists and other stakeholders for event opportunities and devising the content strategy for The O2 website blog. I also managed a small team of 2 employees.
In six months, the engagement of the channels grew 87% on Facebook, 560% on Twitter and 200% on Instagram based on the strategy I created and implemented.
