I have a keen interest in Drama and Theatre, spent a year as the Public Relations Officer for the UCC Dramat Society. Coordinated with organizations in order to get online adverts on their website to promote our offers. For instance one advert on the CIT Student Union website that related to our student offers. Advertised Society events and shows around UCC campus and the city by hanging up posters, handing out flyers and talking to people. Managed the social media accounts of the society such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat. I have had great success with my campaign ‘Dramat’s Monday Memories’. Raised awareness for the Society in an attempt to attract new members. Which proved to be successful as we had an influx of new members for the society this year. Attended stands in the main quad to advertise the society which helped to bring more familiarity to the society
