Working on the Careers Advertising Team at News Corp, my role as Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager was to provide advertising solutions to both Corporates and Recruiters who were either currently recruiting or will have a recruitment need in the future.
Specialising in Executive Search advertising, I was available to advise clients on the most targeted active and passive candidate solutions across the News Corp print & digital network.
With a vault of marketing statistics and a wide variety of advertising medium, including Print, Online, Video, and Mobile, I was fully equipped to build a truly integrated campaign to specifically target a unique demographic, and ensure an organisation finds their perfect candidate.
I also looked after all elements of Employer Branding campaigns and worked closely with some of Australia's largest organisations to provide the best marketing strategy to promote their EVP as well as brand recognition.
