Alongside a 2:1 degree in English Studies with Creative Writing I have been a self-sustaining freelance writer for various, including VICE Media and London in Stereo. For my Themes In Contemporary Literature module I wrote a 3000 word book review on Don DeLillo's Point Omega in the style of the Literary Times Supplement.
Studied 21st Century Literature Culture as a module and learnt about the marketing world of literature and the modern perception of it.
In my Dissertation I explored the concept of utopian societies within literature, looking at reflections on politics and technology.
Wrote an 8000 word short story for my Creative Writing module. The story took on themes such as the loss of identity and extreme hedonism whilst addressing the ethics of class division.
