  • Leading a large-scale redevelopment project in the West Midlands, renovating and repurposing a derelict Magistrate's court and designing a new-build residential, retail and commercial addition. Working on all aspects of the project from site visit, client liaison, concept development, budgeting and completing all necessary drawings for planning departments and renders for investors. Designing interior layout, external facade and landscaping of a new concept store for a major manufacturer in the North West, meeting with clients and local planners and creating drawings to satisfy both parties.
