My name is Steven Larkin, and I'm a Graphic Designer.
I love creating clean, considered, minimal and visually striking design work across print and digital platforms. I have experience working for boutique design agencies, small-scale publishers, large corporate companies and creative start-ups.
I specialise in Branding & Visual Identity, Web Design, and Editorial Layouts.
Projects
- The London Brutalist — self–bound booksFor the final week project on the Book Works' Book Binding course, I took photos of iconic Brutalist buildings around London and made a coptic–bound book. I used my own photography, then nicked some articles from the internet to give it some content. I later produced a follow–up with three more Brutalist landmarks and additional articles.
- Tatjana von Stein WebsiteTatjana von Stein is an acclaimed interior designer. A new website was required for her debut furniture collection, Mise en Scène. The site needed to channel the artisanal design and decadence of the pieces, while still offering the standard content and tools of an e–commerce site. Brighter, more energetic pages illustrate the ideas of rejuve

They were looking to reconsider their current website Disegnodaily to better reflect the brand. While the printed journal has a clear identity, its online platform was a mix of many different things and they wanted to make this a strength, rather than a barrier to understanding the world they present. An easy to use and update site was
