    • Working collaboratively with the Directors of Sales & Marketing and property Executive Team to develop and execute marketing plans and initiatives to support driving rooms and catering business for two Marriott Hotels in London. • Understanding and activation of the Marriott Hotels brand guidelines, including key target audiences, brand activations and brand voice. • Support execution and fulfilment of projects as outlined on marketing communications plans and ensure the hotel teams are aware of all brand marketing activations. • Tasked to develop a strategic social media calendar and implement it across all platforms creating synergies with the hotel website, digital marketing plans and promotions. • Creating and processing any advertising requests and journalist visits. • Coordinate with local/regional/international public relations campaigns and liaise with assigned PR agency as necessary. • Responsible for creating effective internal presentations, flyers and all costumer-facing tools for the hotels along with reviewing third-party websites and constantly driving market intelligence of comp set. • Liaise with graphic designers and photographers to achieve the execution of the marketing plan and cultivate commercial opportunities with external organisations. • Co-ordinate special events, strategic alliance promotions and public relations initiatives. • Monitor P&L and project budget and take action ensuring engagement and collaboration with the finance team. • Work closely with Revenue and Marriott Digital Services to ensure effective marketing of any hotel deals or promotions and support need and special event dates. •During my time working at Marriott International, I've been promoted four times and have worked for three different brands.
