Due to the nature of this re-launched company, I have a varied position that is made up of a number of different areas combined, reporting directly to the CEO. To summarise: Social Media & Website Management - Solely responsible for scheduling, building and monitoring of marketing activities including social media and affiliate platforms - all contributing to hitting daily and monthly targets. - Overseeing and managing the Social Media Team who are running the company’s Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram pages on a daily basis - Maintaining a consistent tone of voice throughout the editorial content, campaigns and social media content - Creating campaign banners, visuals for articles, templates for visual presentation of the tone of voice for the website and editing images for social media – all done with the help of Adobe Photoshop. - Analysing statistics and reporting back on campaign effectiveness: weekly KPI reports and performance updates - Liaising with the COO and CTO and assisting the technical team in the maintenance of the website and IT support - Monitor marketing campaign budgets and implement necessary changes to the marketing packs to tailor for specific clients. Administration - Extensive diary management including organizing and coordinating multiple entries and meetings of both my own and the CEO. - Ensuring all required and necessary paperwork for client meetings and executive meetings are updated and in order. - Overlooking expenses to ensure regular payments have been made in relation to both editorial content and social media campaigns. - Compose and format executive correspondence, for the CEO to sign off, with excellent written and editing skills. - Requesting invitations on behalf of CEO, managing invites to press events for the company and maintain communications with current clients, sponsors, event organisers and print publications. - Pro-actively support the CEO to provide maximum assistance to ensure deadlines are met and all agendas are covered - Implementing changes and admin agendas crucial to growth of the company - Create, collate and prepare reports, presentations and instruction packs (for Web Developer’s Manual on JIRA) New business - Attending regular executive meetings and providing necessary status reports including e-commerce performance and status on social media campaigns. - Maintain regular correspondence with editorial contributors, freelancers and current clients through both affiliate platforms and through direct relationship - Regularly covering London Collections: MEN along with the CEO and making sure Social Media team is up to date with show reviews, imagery and social media push. - Work closely with the Marketing Team to create and manage Marketing Packs to be presented to clients along with maintaining the company’s Social Media Guideline Pack

Main responsibilities included: - Assisting both Accounts Executives with email correspondence, income tax documentation reviews, and Ocean Freight department with email correspondence, shipping document reviews, and other daily ad hoc duties - Research on future developments and strategies for the company's expansion - Manage inboxes, screen and reply to emails of the Managing Director in his absence - Preparing MAWB and HAWB documents for ongoing shipment liaison - General office duties include managing a secure and organised filing system for both freight and accounts department, storing documents in internal networking system, and managing reception duties at the same time.

A freelance UK Correspondent and a Contributor of International Fashion features for a renowned and independent monthly print magazine (under Persona Publications) in Bangladesh emphasizing on fashion, lifestyle and beauty. Reported directly to the Executive Editor. Responsible included covering shows at both on and off-schedules during fashion weeks at New York, London, Milan and Paris. Networking with PR representatives of fashion brands. Writing up fashion show, hair& beauty product launch, museum exhibition reviews and being involved in the decision process for future issues. Also corresponding with various UK PR companies and Press departments of fashion brands prior to shows during fashion weeks, launch and press events on behalf of the Executive Editor in order to secure press invites, press releases, photo calls, etc. for the company.

Also helping technicians during toile stages, altering patterns, and assisting in the development stages after weekly reviews of specific products.
