About me
I’ve worked on creative projects an artist, journalist, writer, curator and director for over a decade and am now finishing my first novel supported by Arts Council England. My current curatorial research project entitled Nervous Systems focusses on artistic explorations of neurodiversity, embodiment and systems of care. I am in R&D on a forthcoming film combining this research with lived experience and imaginings on death and grief as an altered state. I co-run “Write Club” and offer creative retreats and workshops supported by my ongoing practice as a yoga teacher, meditation guide, reiki therapist and hypnotherapist. My new business The Fields sits at the intersection of art, consciousness and healing and curates events, content, experiences and retreats designed for artists by artists and creatives who want to expand their artistic consciousness, work with their nervous systems and embark on a conscious and ethical journey of creation and connection.
