About me
I am an Experience Design lead with over 14 years of practice in creating digital solutions for B2C and B2B across touchpoints. I am passionate about turning problems into opportunities and creating solutions that are useful & engaging for the users and impactful & effective for the clients’ businesses.
Currently, I am working at SapientRazorfish as an Experience Design Lead. My main focus areas are Strategic UX, Information Architecture, Interaction Design & at times touching on Service Design.
Recent clients include RBS/NatWest, Scania, Volvo, Schroders, WoodMackenzie, YBS, UBS Starwood Hotels, GSK etc. Prior to that, I worked for retail giant, Marks & Spencer to create in-store kiosk experience for the launch of their store in Paris & redesign the UK website which launched in 2015 & was nominated for several awards.
Projects
- Marks and Spencer in-store kioskMarks & Spencer asked us to create a kiosk for the launch of their Paris store in Champs-Élysées. M&S New Channels team wanted us to deliver genuine “wow factor” to justify the kiosk’s inclusion in the launch of this flagship store to create a brand new transactional channel, and enable customers to make purchases beyond what is physically sold in-store. - Scania - Redefining the online experienceRe-define online strategy & experience for all their local markets & dealership, including re-platforming of the CMS to AEM, multi-lingual responsive web across 50 markets, truck configurator, dealer finder tool, dealer websites & new product launch campaign journeys I led a multidisciplinary creative team ranging 5-10 creatives (UX,VD, COPY,CS)

- NatWest - propotyping for better borrowingRoyal Bank of Scotland briefed us in the Experience Design studio at SapientRazorfish to come up with ways to improve on the concept of the overdraft. Credit Wallet is one of the ideas we tested. Below the switch screens for existing customers - designed for user testing.
