Co-ordinating all productions using the TV and music facilities, and overseeing the client experience - budgeting, scheduling, booking kit and crew, client and artist liaison, troubleshooting on productions. Also producing content; working with the Events team to organise high profile events; and project management for Creatives In Residence.
Start up of the TV division. I was responsible for the smooth running of the department and all TV productions in the two television studios, and various film stages across the site - touring clients, generating quotes, negotiation of contracts, production organisation, utilisation and cost reports for Pinewood senior management. Responsibility for all production budgets and some departmental budgets, managing a small team plus freelance crews.
Personal Assistant to the three Company Directors, across Business Affairs (TSS) and Production (Media Merchants). Various supporting roles to production and art teams for Media Merchants and Pilgrim Productions. After 2 years I was also made responsible for coordinating the marketing & merchandising activity for Art Attack (CITV/Disney), working closely with licencees such as Dorling Kindersley and Marvel to transfer craft activities from the show to books, magazines and branded art materials. I also designed printed PR material for trade fares.
