Tais is a commercial photographer with international experience living in London and specialising in fashion, editorials, and product. Her approach to work, as in life, is outgoing, open-minded and highly motivated by one-of-a-kind moments, products, and people. With this outlook she adapts to a range of projects with ease, letting her minimalist and modern style capture the world. Born in Bulgaria, she has since lived in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, and the UK. This exposure to a variety of cultures throughout life has given her the opportunity to shoot and train in Bulgaria, Qatar and the UK (London, Derby and Harlow).
With eight years experience studying and freelancing as a photographer, she is always eager for new projects and to meet new people. Achieving a BA (Hons) in Commercial Photography from University of Derby (2017), she has gone on to work with fellow photographers and student film producers. She has also completed a Direct Photographic Assistants Course (2016) and worked as a Wedding Photographer’s assistant (2013-2014).
She has enjoyed working with brands like PoleAmor, Top Hat & Heels, and Hudnall Lane Productions/Blackbeak Media. Her work has featured in the University of Derby Fashion Lookbook, PoleAmor, and Heywood Hill’s Rare Book Catalogue, Christmas Catalogue (2019), and website.
This has allowed her to expand her portfolio, gain hands-on experience in the commercial photography industry, and work with a variety of clients in several creative fields. Tais approaches every project with care, dedication, creativity, and the drive to find what is truly unique.
