My role as Account Executive is to maintain client relationships for clients who use the YADA Events app, as well as helping clients to create and run events, from concept all the way to execution. This includes helping clients with creative events concepts, coming up with event marketing campaigns, being present on the day to help out and event logistics. I also run the company blog, YADA Says as well as assisting the Head of Content in creating content for our multiple social media channels.
I supported a sales team of 8 people at Oak Furniture Land by processing their client's payments, performing credit checks on clients, inputting sales data into the company databases and keeping the showroom presentable at all times.
My role as Event Marketing Executive involved working with the Event Marketing Manager to create marketing campaigns for Tate's exhibition and non-exhibition events. This included: E-marketing campaigns where I built e-templates, edited chosen images and wrote copy to be sent out to Tate's e-newsletter subscribers. Writing copy for print marketing material (e.g. Tate Film programme, event posters) and print (Facebook ads, carousels, Tate's Twitter, e-newsletters). Working with the Digital, Creative, Marketing and Partnership department to come up with exciting marketing campaigns for upcoming exhibitions and events such as Tate Lates, EY Exhibition , BMW Tate Live 2016, Tate Film Programmes, Tate Exchange and Tate Collectives.
