KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED DAY TO DAY FIANNCE OPERATIONS, FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS, FEASIBILITY AND INVESTMENT APPRAISALS OF NEW SITES AND NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. IN MY LAST YEAR IN SOHO HOUSE, I UNDERTOOK REVIEWS OF THE NEW BUSINESS ARMS OF IN HOUSE BUILD ( CONSTRUCTION), SOHO HOME ( RETAIL), AND ALSO SET UP OF KPIS AND REIVEW OF HOTEL REVENUE MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES.
