Responsibilites: Having a true interest in fashion and the brands which are sold in Harvey Nichols. We undertake brand training monthly from brand representatives which gives us an insight in to how the brand works and their ethics. I am able to feed back to buyers about brands and products which suit my Edinburgh clients and I get the opportunity to suggest brands, sizes and what is not working for the Edinburgh store. Giving 5* customer service is very important at Harvey Nichols and this is something which I go the extra mile for. I aim to develop lasting client relationships.
