  • • Partnered with business and technology teams on implementation of $7.5 million cost saving initiative that streamlined cross-border opportunities and service delivery models for global Citi Trust business. • Coordinated the rollout of new Trust product in Latin America and Asia with international business and technology teams for the entire Systems Development Life Cycle including the project plan, requirements, use cases, process maps, risk identification and user acceptance testing. • Supported and coordinated issue tracking with development of business infrastructure and framework at a global level to enable effective stakeholder management and consistent project progression. • Performed Gap Analysis of existing Trust Center work flows to assess improved modes of systems operations and provide Technology solutions. • Led meetings to design and coordinate the release of a new Client Review solution to be used by the international trust centers. • Responsible for the gathering, consolidation, analysis and presentation of monthly global business and risk metrics to senior management for global trust companies within a tight 48 hour deadline.
