Led the strategy and execution of a new influencer marketing programme for a fast growing online jewellery and accessory company. Developed relationships with bloggers to grow the Fy digital community. Wrote and executed social media strategy to improve engagement and showcase products and designers.
Leading on social media strategy, influencer outreach and community I transformed a new, uncharted e-reading app into a top app in the books category on App Store with a loyal, literature-loving community. Managed an annual budget of £40,000 to manage paid social campaigns to drive app installs. Published over 40 pieces of paid and organic content per week across 6 channels. Set-up and managed an email newsletter and targeted transactional email campaigns (Intercom, Postage) – maintaining open rates of +20%. Launched a digital book club and personalised book recommendation service to drive engagement. Managed external projects with external PR, advertising and video content agencies from brief to execution.
Leading a team of 3 to grow the online presence and awareness of 2 international fashion clients, I managed the social media marketing strategy for products, promotions and events. I liaised closely with internal creative teams, the client, external agencies and online influencers. Project managed a live event for Carrera at fashion trade show, Bread & Butter and creation of evergreen social media content.
