    Events Assistant: Planning & organising all practical aspects of events i.e. catering, audio visual, room set up, car parking, security & cleaning. Managing key supporter relationships with significant individuals & also identifying opportunities to up sell. Duties: - Coordinating a variety of events including (but not limited to) professional executive networking events, product launches, movie premiere after-parties. - Arrange security and advise on health and safety issues. - Cultivating and managing relationships with key clients, vendors and community partners such as Don Perignon, Moet Hennessy/Diageo, Haig Club Whiskey. - Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements - Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel) - Produce detailed proposals for events (for example, timelines, suppliers, legal obligations staffing and budgets). - Creating promotional material for the event & distributing it to the target audience. - Record and report on the success of the promotional activity. - Managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and twitter). Office Manager: Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the office. Making sure that all office systems are managed and maintained, including Staff Recruitment Files; Stationery Log and Stock Checks; Uniform Sales; Petty Cash; and Client Files. Duties: - First point of contact for clients and guests along with managing sales enquiries of the venue via phone, email and website Creating new HR templates, for example: Employee timesheet and employee schedules. - Working closely with the CEO and General Manager to resolve employee problems. - Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires. - Coordinating complex travel schedules, accommodations and trip logistics for candidates and executives. - Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed Scheduling meetings and appointments. - Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
