About me
I love to draw and tell stories, create new worlds and bring characters to life with a focus on 2D animation and illustration. I'm addicted to all things digital, apps, games, augmented reality and anything interactive. My previous experience of working in a large corporate business environment has made me target focused and a team player. As a result of my creative studies, I have developed a strong artistic vision, which I am able to communicate effectively and also apply hands on across different mediums.

  • Telekarta "Light"
Telekarta "Light"TV advert for a TV offer "Light". "You're relaxed. You're as light as a feather. One hand is checking the channels, the other one is ccounting the saved money. Everything is perfect. And there are more than 60 channels to choose from. Even those seaguls can't disturb you - you're as calm as bamboo." Music by: Supamotion Client: BBDO Moscow
  • The Ultimate Fear
The Ultimate FearGraduation film at MA Character animation at Central Saint Martins. This is a fictional story with fictional characters, but the emotions are REAL. The film explores the perception of modern fears and phobias, - and how relative they are to each other. A little girl is trying to find new friends while her brother is too busy with his video game. And none of them would expect what would happen if the game disturbs someone else.
  • The Owl and the Pussy-cat
The Owl and the Pussy-catIllustration for the Edward Lears' classic story. The whole nonsense world is illustrated by an interactive book. The idea is that you can travel through the story or create your own, finding the hidden characters and new ways on the "globe".
  • 100-Word Pilgrimage
100-Word PilgrimageThe 100 Word Pilgrimage was our way of exploring new perspectives on the city that has inspired our work over the years. The writers journeyed out first, bringing back one-hundred-word long interpretations of various parts of London. Then the visual artists followed, responding to the writing as they explored the location for themselves. With all the work assembled, our team of animators set to work bringing these words and static images to life. We created a window into London through the eyes of its inhabitants. This window was in fact the screen any phone or tablet onto which the augmented reality app Aurasma had been downloaded. Using sophisticated image recognition technology combined with an intuitive interface, Aurasma enabled us to create an interactive layer to our work, inviting the audience to step into the pictures and hear the stories spoken to them out loud. The 100 Word Pilgrimage started with a conceptual journey for each artist, but the destination was a physical art experience for anyone who wanted to take a closer look for themselves.
  • The fastest knife in the West End
The fastest knife in the West EndThe film is created in collaboration with The Old Operating Theatre Museum in London. This is a story about Dr. Robert Liston , a Scottish surgeon noted for his skill and speed in an era prior to anaesthetics, when speed made a difference in terms of pain and survival – people called him the fastest knife in the West End.
  • Animation for ENO
Animation for ENOInspired by a visit to Terry Gilliam’s Benvenuto Cellini at the London Coliseum, students from Central Saint Martins’ MA course in Character Animation created short fiction animation films in response to productions in ENO’s Spring 2015 season. The students took their inspiration from characters, plot/subplots, the specific direction and design concepts of the productions we are staging, and the socio-political context in which the operas were written. All 40 students submitted proposals and 10 pitches were selected to be made in groups. The aim of the project was to engage young creatives with an artform they had had little exposure to, and to make visible career opportunities for using their animation skills within video design for performance.
