I have always been extremely creative and media savvy, with an innovative and forward thinking approach. I have gained extensive experience working in TV, film and music. My duties have varied considerably from administrative work, researching for broadcast material, account management, and co-coordinating and managing the production of over 50 shows, broadcast on a global scale. My duties have varied considerably from administrative work, researching for broadcast material, account management, and co-coordinating and managing the production of over 50 shows, broadcast on a global scale. As production manager I am responsible for overseeing the running of all productions. Key Accountabilities: • Reporting and supporting the Head of Production, managing all organisational aspects of pre- production, shoot logistics, post production and the creative process along with managing junior editors. • Ensuring that all productions run smoothly, meet deadlines and stay within budget. • Obtaining necessary licenses and clearances for production. • Researching key topics for the creative team as well as sourcing valid and relevant content, including images, footage, important references via current affairs, the Internet and archive. • Client management across a wide range of high profile clients in the TV production market (Reelz, CNN, London Live) Leading to the ongoing purchasing of our shows. • Account management with talent clients and liaising with agents to acquire the most suitable and relevant interviewees to appear in the documentaries, usually YouTube talent, radio presenters and other popular entertainment figures. • Building new client relationships with the talent and management. • Organising shoot days, scheduling multi location shoots, maintaining schedules and call sheets. • Conducting and directing the interviews on camera during shoot days, and prepping the contributors beforehand. • Arranging press passes, venue sourcing, attending film markets and events to represent the company, including AFM American film market LA (November 2014). • Key researcher on the company’s most successful title “Minecraft: Into the Nether” which peaked at No. 2 on the iTunes top documentary film chart in UK, US & AUS. Grossing $500,000 in the first week of sales (February 2015). • Community management across all social media platforms.
Key Accountabilities: • Solely managed the digital distribution and marketing of music globally, by building and maintaining business relationships, predominantly with key partners including; The Orchard, who supply to iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Netflix, Hulu, Xbox. • Sourced music catalogues and new artists based on previous sales statistics and trends, to develop new album concepts. • Managed and grew the company’s digital presence in the UK account through relevant online platforms, by integrating social media and email marketing strategies that saw an increase in fan engagement over a six month period. • Regularly attended meetings with The Orchard, often involving iTunes and Spotify workshops to understand how to manage the content they required. • Launched new social media platforms for the company, • With the company expansion I managed two employees from the graphics team and provided them with briefs while having key input to the design process, including album artwork and social media banners. • Tracked and managed claims and copyright infringement. • Selected to attend a business trip to LA during 2012, as a reward for my hard work. During the trip I involved with organising the launch event of the US office, greeting potential clients and building relationships.
